About the role

This float role offers a unique combination of variety and stability within a therapist-owned network of clinics.

Responsibilities

• Treat musculoskeletal and orthopedic conditions, including non-surgical and post-operative cases.
• Participate in sport-specific rehab and joint/spine management programs.
• Work within optimal caseloads and shared systems for seamless transitions.
• Take advantage of opportunities for specialty certifications and professional development.

Requirements

• Graduate (current or pending) from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Active or pending physical therapist license in GA or SC (or compact eligibility).
• Participate in an individualized professional development program.
• Earn an annual continued education allowance (adjustable for motivated learners).
• Ramp up to a graduated caseload.
• Paid professional association dues and paid licensure renewal.
• Access to unlimited MedBridge courses.
• Receive new graduate mentoring and onboarding.
