Float Sales & Service Representative (Float Teller)

About the Role

Join our branch team as a Sales and Service Representative and make a difference by processing transactions and handling customer service requests. You’ll facilitate customer awareness and education of bank capabilities, tools, and resources while supporting the sales efforts of the branch team by identifying and referring sales opportunities.

This position will float to other branches nearby, with mileage reimbursed.

Responsibilities

• Foster collaborative partnerships that deliver value for customers, prospects, and colleagues.
• Initiate conversations to uncover sales or referral opportunities.
• Listen attentively and ask insightful questions to understand customer needs and preferences; take prompt actions to address immediate needs.
• Proactively optimize performance by seeking coaching, supporting Bank initiatives, and leveraging tools to enhance activities.
• Comply with all regulations, bank policies, procedures, and delegated authorities to manage risk related to credit, operational, reputational, regulatory, and legal aspects of personal interactions, customer transactions, and financial exposures.
• Complete required training by established deadlines.
• Perform general office management duties as assigned to ensure operational efficiency.
• Ensure transaction accuracy and operational efficiency for deposit-related functions, contributing to both individual and team performance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 6 months of customer service experience.
• Preferred experience in sales.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license; frequent driving to other offices and customer locations is required (mileage reimbursed).
