We are growing and seeking a Float Registered Nurse Case Manager for our Waite Park team. Responsibilities

• Serve as a float nurse supporting the Waite Park/Central Region and Twin Cities/Metro offices by providing clinical coverage for staffing needs, onboarding support, and organizational growth as needed.
• Manage and schedule your visits; travel around the area to provide 1:1 nursing services to clients in their homes (travel is required).
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to help provide the best possible care to clients.
• Provide clinical supervision to caregivers, ensuring they follow the care plan and inspiring them to deliver excellent care.

Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Registered Nurse license.
• Interest in visiting clients in their homes in the Twin Cities and surrounding area (travel required).
• Enjoys direct patient contact and supporting a dedicated care team that does good in the community.

Pay

Hiring bonus of up to $5,000.
