Float Recruiter

About the role

The SC Float Recruiter is responsible for campus recruitment and selection at assigned Benedictine communities. This position assists in onboarding, succession planning for key roles, and performs administrative duties along with other special tasks as assigned.

Coordinates recruitment efforts including sourcing qualified applicants, creating job postings, attending job fairs, and maintaining recruitment presence on job boards and social media. Reviews candidates, conducts phone screens, and schedules hiring manager interviews for open positions. Assists with onboarding by communicating new associate welcome details and ensures an exceptional candidate experience through timely follow-up.

Promotes the Benedictine Mission and Core Values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect, and Justice in day-to-day activities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all recruitment efforts, including sourcing qualified applicants and creating job postings
• Attend recruitment job fairs and maintain company recruitment efforts on job boards and social media
• Review candidates, conduct phone screens, and set up hiring manager interviews for open positions
• Assist with onboarding by communicating new associate welcome details
• Maintain an exceptional candidate experience through timely follow-up
• Promote the Benedictine Mission and Core Values in daily activities
• Perform other duties, tasks, and projects as assigned

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree and two or more years of experience in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and onboarding processes
• Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office, electronic applicant tracking systems, and HRIS programs
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record that meets Benedictine’s requirements
• Ability to travel to Benedictine communities

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Experience with PDS Vista, SmartLinx software, and applicant tracking systems
• Experience using social media for recruitment purposes
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification
• Experience working with electronic application programs

Pay

$27-$29 an hour depending on experience
