About the Role
A Registered Nurse in a float pool, providing patient care across multiple units by utilizing the nursing process and adhering to professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care with other departments
- Maintain patient rights and confidentiality
- Perform duties aligned with nursing practice guidelines
- Uphold the organization’s mission and values
- Flexibly float to units such as Orthopedics, Med/Surg, ICU, Emergency, Oncology, and more
- Deliver high-quality patient care and adapt to various clinical settings
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements
- 1-2 years of bedside RN experience
- Current RN license
- BLS certification
- Nursing degree (BSN preferred)
- Physical ability to lift and stand for long periods
- Strong communication skills
