Role: Float Pool Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care across multiple hospital units, including med-surg, telemetry, and step-down.Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care tailored to varying acuity levels.Administer medications and coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.Educate patients and families to promote understanding and engagement in care.Uphold safety and infection-control standards to ensure a safe environment.Accurately document care activities in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).Support new staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.Adapt quickly to changing workflows and patient needs, embodying a compassionate, patient-first culture.
