Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care by assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, administering medications, and documenting care
- Respond promptly to patient needs, educate patients and families, and advocate for their wellbeing
- Collaborate with care teams to ensure positive clinical outcomes and an outstanding patient experience
Qualifications
- Current RN licensure
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, and PALS (obtained within specified timeframes)
- Experience in delivering comprehensive nursing care
- Strong communication skills
