Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care across multiple units
• Administer medications and treatments
• Monitor residents and update care plans
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and therapists to support short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory support residents
• Deliver resident-centered care in a team-focused environment
• Participate in ongoing training
• Contribute to a culture of professional development and excellence

Requirements

• Licensed Practical Nurse licensure
• Strong clinical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively
