Float Pool Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate bedside care across multiple units, including administering medications and treatments.
• Monitor residents' conditions and update care plans accordingly.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and therapists to support short-term rehab, long-term care, and memory support residents.
• Ensure safety, quality, and professional standards in all care activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
