Float Lab Assistant Phlebotomist Lab Satellite

Summary

This job position is responsible for the collection and accession of patient specimens, performance of EKGs (if required by section), and completion of clerical tasks to support laboratory activities as needed within the following locations: Lowder Lab, Park Place Lab, and Children’s South Lab.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of laboratory tests
• Basic medical terminology
• Education with Equivalent Qualifications: High School Diploma Graduate or Equivalent
• Experience with Equivalent Qualifications: 1 Year job experience as Staff Level with specialization in the field of Laboratory Services
