Flight Paramedic - Full-Time

We are hiring a Flight Paramedic to join a team dedicated to the safe transport of patients via air medical services. Responsibilities include: completing electronic patient care records, conducting daily base checks, providing advanced life support from initial contact to hospital transfer, maintaining required licensure and certifications, operating and maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety standards are met.Participate in pre-mission briefings, assist with aircraft safety, and support crew and pilot activities as needed.Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, EMS teams, hospitals, and the public.Fill open shifts as required. Qualifications Minimum of three years' experience in 911 or critical care settings.Current EMT-P license in the designated area.Certifications in BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and trauma are required prior to flight status.Flight Paramedic-Certified (FP-C) required within 24 months of hire.Instructor certifications and NREMT-P may be preferred or required based on location. Skills & Attributes: strong patient care skills, knowledge of emergency equipment, excellent interpersonal communication, adherence to safety procedures, and ability to work effectively within a team.
