About the role
Flight Paramedic responsible for providing advanced prehospital and interfacility critical care during helicopter and fixed-wing transports.
Responsibilities
- Assess, stabilize, and treat critically ill or injured patients efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with pilots, clinicians, and partner hospitals and EMS agencies.
- Ensure safety and clinical excellence in a mission-driven environment.
- Utilize advanced aviation and medical technologies.
- Participate in continuous training and professional development activities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in advanced prehospital and critical care environments.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a safety-first, high-pressure setting.
- Knowledge of aviation medical protocols and technologies is preferred.
