Duties And Responsibilities
- Manage the complete lifecycle of aircraft operational subscription programs.
- Coordinate aircraft onboarding, entry into service, operational changes, and aircraft offboarding.
- Administer navigation data, electronic flight bag (EFB) applications, charting services, weather subscriptions, datalink services, medical programs, and other operational software.
- Serve as the primary administrator for Jeppesen, ForeFlight, ARINC, APG, OEM platforms, and other aviation service providers.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, software access, and subscription services for aircraft and flight crews.
- Ensure aircraft and subscription programs comply with General Operations Manual (GOM) requirements and applicable Part 91 and Part 135 operational standards.
- Evaluate operational requirements and recommend subscription solutions based on aircraft mission profiles, operational needs, compliance requirements, and cost effectiveness.
- Partner with aircraft owners, owner representatives, pilots, Directors of Maintenance, OEMs, vendors, and internal departments regarding operational subscription programs.
- Coordinate vendor relationships, resolve service issues, manage account changes, and escalate operational concerns when appropriate.
- Provide technical support to pilots, maintenance personnel, and internal stakeholders regarding operational software, electronic flight bags, flight planning systems, weight and balance applications, and related aviation technology.
- Maintain accurate records of subscription agreements, service documentation, software configurations, account credentials, and operational program history.
- Develop and improve standardized onboarding, renewal, and offboarding procedures to support operational consistency and efficiency.
- Respond to time-sensitive operational issues outside normal business hours as needed to maintain aircraft service continuity.

Position-Specific Skills
- Strong understanding of Part 91 and Part 135 flight operations.
- Working knowledge of General Operations Manual (GOM) requirements.
- Experience with ForeFlight, Jeppesen, APG, Honeywell INDS, OEM publications, navigation databases, electronic flight bag (EFB) platforms, and flight planning software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent aircraft projects and competing priorities.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard business applications.
