About the role

Sky Training located in West Milford NJ is hiring full-time and part-time Flight Instructors for primary and advanced training. Great atmosphere, 45 min from NY City. Large student base.

Responsibilities

• Teach students in primary and advanced flight training programs
• Ensure safety and quality of instruction
• Adapt to a flexible schedule to accommodate student needs
• Participate in air-tours
• Advancement opportunities for Check Pilots and Assistant Chief Instructor

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Flight Instructor
• Certified Flight Instructor (CFI)
• Part 141 and Part 61 certifications

Qualifications

• Strong communication and teaching skills
• Passion for aviation and customer service
• Valid FAA medical certificate

• Proficient in aircraft systems and operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
