The Flight Support group is the backbone of the flight department, responsible for coordinating, dispatching, and assigning flight crews while operating from a state‑of‑the‑art dispatch facility with top‑tier tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily flight operations and ensure timely dispatch of aircraft.
• Assign qualified flight crews to each mission, matching crew qualifications with flight requirements.
• Maintain meticulous attention to detail in all dispatch documentation and communications.
• Articulate flight plans, weather considerations, and operational constraints clearly to crew and stakeholders.
• Uphold the highest standards of professionalism and customer service for a membership base that includes athletes, celebrities, industry leaders, and ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
• Utilize advanced dispatch tools and technology to support a refined fleet and ensure safety and efficiency.

Pay

Base salary range: $50,000 – $150,000, plus incentives up to 45 % of base compensation.
