Job Summary
The Alaska segment primarily explores for, produces, transports and markets crude oil, natural gas and NGLs. We are the largest crude oil producer in Alaska and have major ownership interests in the Prudhoe Bay, Kuparuk and Western North Slope asset areas. Additionally, we are one of Alaska’s largest owners of state, federal and fee exploration leases, with approximately one million net undeveloped acres at year-end 2025.
Alaska operations contributed 12 percent of our consolidated liquids production and one percent of our consolidated natural gas production. In 2025, net crude oil production for Alaska averaged 199 MBOED.
Position Overview
ConocoPhillips Aviation - Alaska is currently recruiting for a Flight Attendant position. This position serves as a flight attendant on company aircraft in support of the Alaska operations based in Anchorage, AK. The position will assume complete charge of passengers and aircraft cabin during normal, abnormal and emergency situations. The Flight Attendant will provide safe, efficient, effective and professional passenger service.
- Promote and maintain ConocoPhillips "zero" incident rate safety culture while employing efficient procedures that support passenger service
- Participate in preflight briefings, inspections (preflight) and preparation for passengers
- Ensure all safety equipment on aircraft is in working order
- Brief passengers as per FAR 125.327
- Ensure passenger safety and compliance with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, Company Policies or any other agencies specified by the Company
- Communicate effectively with diverse personalities
- Prepare and serve beverages/snacks, including alcohol
- Work in a confined space while standing on your feet for long periods of time
- Perform physical duties requiring constant use of hands/feet and regular lifting/carrying of up to 30 lbs.
- Manage passengers and crew members during abnormal/emergency situations and/or medical emergencies during flight
- Remain with the aircraft during the post-flight period; assist in normal securing of the aircraft
- Attend ongoing training, which may be prescribed by the company or FAA and strive to maintain the highest possible degree of proficiency
- Understand and ensure adherence to aircraft and ground security protocols

Basic/Required
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- At least 21 years of age
- One or more years of professional flight attendant experience
- Willing and able to meet the physical demands and work environment requirements outlined in this job description, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred
- Associates degree or higher in Hospitality, Communications, Business, Public Relations or related field or foreign equivalent
- Possess adaptability to perform a variety of duties, deal with people, and perform effectively under stress
- Actively communicates and takes time to safely perform work to protect our people and environment
Physical Demands & Work Environment
- Willing to work all days of the week including evenings, holidays and weekends, in addition to unscheduled overtime, to meet specific flight schedules and delays per established work guidelines
- Perform strenuous physical activity such as lifting, bending, carrying objects and climbing ladders/stairs daily
