Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and comfort of passengers onboard aircraft.
- Care for passengers and offer exceptional customer service, including meal and drink service.
- Efficiently prepare, serve, and restock in-flight beverages, meals, and snacks.
- Manage onboard announcements and assist with baggage handling.
- Resolve passenger issues, including those involving disorderly passengers and medical emergencies.
- Comply with safety regulations by inspecting and operating emergency equipment.
- Adhere to established procedures and performance standards.
Requirements
- At least 21 years of age.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Possession of a valid U.S. or foreign passport and appropriate visas.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to operate electronic devices and PEDs.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Willingness to relocate to a crew domicile.
Physical and Other Requirements
- Height and weight must allow for safe aircraft operation.
- Corrected vision should not exceed 20/40.
- Normal or corrected hearing range within 15-17kHZ.
- No extreme hair styles or colors.
- Two piercings per ear, with plugs not exceeding ½”, and no facial, mouth, or tongue piercings.
- No offensive tattoos visible.
- Professional appearance, including wearing a company uniform and compliant face mask/covering.
Pay
The starting pay is $30.32 per flight hour. After successfully completing initial training, new hires are guaranteed 76 flight hours as a reserve, earning $2,304.32 gross per month (excluding per diem, boarding pay, and additional flight hours).
