Travel Occupational Therapist / OT

Requirements

• Wyoming OT license or ability to obtain
• Must have a tax home 50+ miles from facility

Responsibilities

• Provide Occupational Therapy evaluations, service objectives, progress notes, and program development
• Serve as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team for a caseload of residents
• Attend ISPs, team meetings, and care conferences
• Provide direct treatment as indicated through professional judgment and ongoing assessments and/or referrals by medical providers
• Able to work with and around WLRC residents, including those who may display challenging behaviors
