About the role
This is a 100% remote, part-time contractor role for a Customer Tech Support Representative.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform hardware reboot support
- Work across multiple systems to support customers
- Clearly document service tickets
- Address customer inquiries
- Guide customers through processes
- Track and report customer interactions in detail
Qualifications
- Expertise in Tech Support, Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
- Experience with Awaken is a plus
- Strong Communication skills to effectively interact and engage with customers
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical support issues
- Demonstrate patience and empathy while handling customer concerns
- Organizational skills for managing and documenting customer interactions efficiently
- Previous experience in a similar role or technical support is highly desirable
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or technology-related fields are a plus
