About the role

This is a 100% remote, part-time contractor role for a Customer Tech Support Representative.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and perform hardware reboot support
  • Work across multiple systems to support customers
  • Clearly document service tickets
  • Address customer inquiries
  • Guide customers through processes
  • Track and report customer interactions in detail

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Tech Support, Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring high levels of Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience with Awaken is a plus
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact and engage with customers
  • Proficiency in Troubleshooting and resolving technical support issues
  • Demonstrate patience and empathy while handling customer concerns
  • Organizational skills for managing and documenting customer interactions efficiently
  • Previous experience in a similar role or technical support is highly desirable
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in customer service or technology-related fields are a plus
