This flexible, part-time BCBA role at Elevation Autism is ideal for clinicians who enjoy variety in their work week and the opportunity to support multiple teams and learners across our centers.

About the Role

Support a small caseload of just 4-6 early intervention clients (ages 1-6) across our beautiful, expansive centers while partnering with multiple clinical teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care. This role is especially well suited for experienced clinicians who value flexibility and variety in their schedule.

Responsibilities

• Support a small caseload of just 4-6 early intervention clients (ages 1-6) across our centers
• Partner with multiple clinical teams to ensure consistent, high-quality care
• Work with a variety of teams, learners, and clinical environments
• Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Behavior Analysts, and Speech Therapists across multiple centers
• Mileage reimbursement for travel beyond 10 miles between centers
• Opportunity to build relationships, share knowledge, and experience different center cultures

Requirements

• Experience in BCBA or related field
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Flexible schedule to accommodate clinical needs

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Licenses and certifications required
