On-siteOTHR$70–$80/hrPart-time

Location: Burlington, MA

About the Role

At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. As a BCBA, you’ll provide groundbreaking, neurodiversity-affirming care while leading a team of behavior technicians (BTs) and collaborating with a transdisciplinary team. You’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment and empower your team to make a lasting impact.

  • Growth and Advancement Opportunities: Advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing you to focus on leadership development and broader professional interests.
  • Autonomy over Your Schedule: Full control over when and where you supervise your cases, enabling you to design a schedule that works for you.
  • Administrative Support: Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, so you can focus on clinical care and patients.

What Makes Cortica Different

At Cortica, we go beyond traditional ABA practices to offer a more comprehensive, patient-centered approach:

  • A Transdisciplinary Approach to Care: Our holistic, multidisciplinary model includes experts from occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and more, allowing us to address the whole child and deliver integrated care.
  • Focus on Collaboration: We collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinicians to create individualized care plans that empower everyone involved.
  • Quality Over Quantity: Value-based care partnerships prioritize quality over quantity. Clinicians are supported with more time for thoughtful clinical decision-making, and reimbursement is based on outcomes, not just session volume.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.

This position requires the successful completion of a post-offer background check and a motor vehicle report review.

Benefits

  • Compensation: $70/hr - $80/hr
  • License Reimbursement: Coverage for BCBA license renewal.
  • 401(k) Matching: Matching contributions to help you plan for your future.
  • Set Scheduling: Predictable work hours to help you balance work and personal life.

Schedule

Part-time, 12-25 hours per week.
