About the role

At Cortica, our Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) use a strength-based, holistic approach to clinical programming for children with autism and other neurodevelopmental differences. As a BCBA, you’ll play a pivotal role in overseeing neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You'll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs), empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

What you’ll love about this role:

  • Growth and Advancement Opportunities: Advance through BCBA levels I, II, III, and IV, increasing your leadership impact. At BCBA levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing you to focus on developing leadership skills and exploring broader professional interests.
  • Autonomy over Your Schedule: Full control over when and where you supervise your cases, empowering you to design a schedule that works for you.
  • Administrative Support: Dedicated team handles scheduling, billing, and credentialing, allowing you to focus on clinical care and patients.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment.
  • Lead and empower a team of behavior technicians (BTs).
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
  • Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
  • Successful completion of a post-offer background check and motor vehicle report review.

Pay

Schedule

Part-time, 12-25 hours per week with predictable work hours for better work-life balance.

Benefits

  • License Reimbursement: Coverage for BCBA license renewal.
  • 401(k) Matching: Matching contributions to help you plan for your future.

What Makes Cortica Different

At Cortica, we believe in going beyond traditional ABA practices to offer a more comprehensive, patient-centered approach:

  • A Transdisciplinary Approach to Care: A holistic, multidisciplinary model of care including experts from occupational therapy, speech pathology, pediatrics, and more.
  • Focus on Collaboration: Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other clinicians to create individualized care plans.
  • Quality Over Quantity: Value-based care partnerships with health plans that prioritize quality over quantity, focusing on outcomes rather than the number of sessions delivered.
