Flexible Infant Nanny

About the role

Jovie is hiring an experienced, engaging, and fun nanny to work with various families. Assignments are typically Monday through Friday during traditional working hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for young infants and toddlers while parents work
• Engage, communicate, and play with children in families' homes
• Communicate regularly with parents and coworkers
• Work 6-9 hours per shift between 7am - 7pm
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Bring at least 1 year of day-to-day infant experience
• Provide 3 references, including 2 related to working with children and 1 character reference
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Show reliability and be dependable

Requirements

• Enjoy children and be engaging, creative, and child-focused
• Available at least 5 days per week
• Have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Bring at least 1 year of day-to-day infant experience
• Can provide 3 references, including 2 related to working with children and 1 character reference
• Be at least 18 years of age
• Show reliability and be dependable

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• First Aid and CPR certification

Skills

• Experience with children from babysitting, nannying, or group settings like daycares, preschools, or church nurseries

Pay

Hourly wage: $20-22 per hour
Overtime wage: $30-33 per hour
