Job Overview
Responsibilities
- Accurately and efficiently enter a high volume of data from various sources into our databases and digital systems.
- Review and verify data for errors or inconsistencies, correcting any discrepancies to ensure data integrity.
- Organise, sort, and maintain digital files and records in a systematic and confidential manner.
- Prepare and generate routine reports, summaries, and data analyses as required by management.
- Assist with regular data clean-up and database maintenance projects.
- Liaise with other departments to gather information and ensure the consistency of data across the business.
- Adhere strictly to data privacy and security protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a data entry, administrative, or similar role.
- Excellent typing speed and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with MS Excel.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A high level of discretion and a commitment to handling confidential information responsibly.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; further qualifications in administration or a related field are a plus.
