About the role

Ambercare is immediately hiring Home Care Aides and offers current caregivers the opportunity to advance their career by becoming a Certified Nurse Assistant. With over 20 years of experience providing Home Health Care and Personal Care Services in New Mexico, Ambercare maintains comprehensive safety policies based on CDC guidelines, supplies PPE (gloves, face masks, hand sanitizer, antibacterial soap), and conducts virtual job interviews to promote workplace safety.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care
• Provide occasional house cleaning, laundry, and assist with meal preparation
• Transport client to appointments and daily errands
• Provide companionship
• Encourage healthy lifestyle

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or one year of in-home care services experience
• Able to pass a criminal background check
• Reliable transportation
• Reliable, energetic, self-motivated and well-organized
