Immediate opportunities for full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers with an average annual pay of $110,344. Additional performance incentives available, up to $10,400 annually. Travel required, up to 100%.
About the role
This position requires regional travel to various locations as needed. You will represent Penske and its clients, often driving branded trucks and wearing client uniforms.
Responsibilities
- Perform multi-stop deliveries of parts and supplies to automotive dealerships
- Unload trailer using manual pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages
- Use scanner to scan products as they are unloaded and delivered
Schedule
- Dispatch times vary depending on work assignment
- Drivers can expect to be away from home 2 to 3 weeks per assignment
- Travel to assigned location and work from there for the duration of the assignment

- Late model, Penske-maintained trucks with best-in-class specs designed for comfort and safety
- Trucks equipped with inward and outward facing in-cab cameras for safety

Penske pays every Friday.
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL required
- Must be domiciled in the U.S. and licensed in state of residence
- Currently hold, or ability to obtain, a non-excepted interstate DOT medical card
- 1 year of documented tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years, or 2 years in the last 5 years
- 3 years DMV/MVR record with two or fewer moving violations or accidents
- English language proficiency (required by federal law, 49 C.F.R. 391.11(b)(2))
- Must work the required schedule and location
- Complete Penske employment application, background investigation, and drug screening
This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation and is designated as safety-sensitive. Associates must maintain constant alertness and safe operation, accepting responsibility for their own safety and that of others.

- Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs/23 kg, occasionally up to 100 lbs/45 kg
- Legal operation of a motor vehicle, with frequent and safe entry/exit of the vehicle and rear cargo area
