About the role
Responsible for supervising warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, and maintaining high standards of safety and productivity.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and train warehouse staff in proper handling and storage of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock counts.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Coordinate with suppliers to manage incoming shipments and distribution.
- Resolve discrepancies and resolve employee issues as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or similar environment.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
