FLEX REGISTERED NURSE

About the role

The Flex Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units or departments within the healthcare facility based on staffing needs. This position offers flexible scheduling and requires the RN to adapt quickly to various clinical environments, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provides high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units or departments within the healthcare facility based on staffing needs.
• Adapts quickly to various clinical environments, working collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.
• Maintains current competencies across a range of specialties, following evidence-based practices.
• Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to support patient safety, comfort, and positive outcomes.
• Maintains unit-specific and hospital competencies, mandatory learning, and any clinical certifications required in accordance with the Staff Education and Training policy GA-057 and/or any other department requirements.
• Maintains CPR and ACLS certifications as required.

Requirements

• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Maryland.
• Progressive experience in the nursing field with a broad knowledge of nursing skills and techniques.
• At least three (3) years of experience as an R.N.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's of Science in Nursing preferred.
• Associates degree in Nursing required.
