About the Role
The Flex Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for various departments within the organization. This role requires flexibility and adaptability to work on different positions as needed. Collaboration with hiring managers, sourcing and screening candidates, working with recruitment leadership, and ensuring a smooth recruitment experience are key responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage the recruitment process for various departments within the organization.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify and fill open positions.
- Sources and screens candidates to identify potential hires.
- Works with recruitment leadership to streamline the hiring process.
- Ensures a smooth recruitment experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Manages any recruitment projects that may arise.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field OR 10 years of CoxHealth experience.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
Skills
- Highly organized and efficient.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to monitor and compile data and disseminate results to multiple levels of leaders and employees.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams.
- Must be able to initiate and understand research related to projects; proficient in Microsoft Office.
