Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Operates the semi-bulk packaging equipment
- Operates a forklift to disposition finished goods
- Loads crude talc from ore bays to milling systems
- Works with the Plant Control Operator to ensure quality compliance and efficient operation of all production mills
- Delivers the proper crudes to the three (3) roller milling systems
- Responsible for inspecting and loading rail boxcars, containers and trucks with forklift
- Responsible for loading in a fashion that will ensure the best possible arrival conditions
- Responsible for repairing and reporting defects in assigned areas
- Responsible for repairing and rebuilding equipment as needed
- Responsible for fabricating, cutting and welding as needed
- Responsible for the operation of all of the equipment associated with packaging system, both bulk and other robotic packaging systems
Job Specifications Or Requirements
- High School Education or equivalent
- 1+ years’ experience in industrial/manufacturing environment
- Experience in operating milling equipment preferred
Pay
$26.58 (Probationary - 60-days) then to $37.67 per hour
