The Lead Officer position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by providing lead direction to Security Officers at assigned client sites on assigned shifts. Observes and reports activities and incidents, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. The Lead Officer maintains the security and safety of the client site by supporting and providing their Security Officers clear guidance and leadership. Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 20‑30 flex officers and 8 mobile supervisors to ensure effective coverage and high‑quality service across assigned sites.
• Handle key administrative tasks including payroll processing, scheduling, and tracking hours and assignments for the team.
• Work closely with Account Managers to support site needs, resolve issues, and implement client‑specific requirements.
• Train, coach, and develop the team to maintain compliance with company standards and promote strong performance.

Requirements

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Security experience with responsibility for payroll and staff training.
• Proficiency with common office applications (Excel, Word, Google Docs or similar Microsoft/Google tools).
• Driver certification.
• Reliable transportation to Dublin, New Albany, and Millersport.
• Steel toe boots required.
• Availability to answer phone calls from the team at any time and be responsive to their needs.

Pay

$24.00 per hour, with weekly pay.
