Flex Officer Team Lead

About the role

The Lead Officer supervises a team of 20‑30 flex officers and 8 mobile supervisors, handles administrative tasks such as payroll processing, scheduling, and tracking hours, works closely with Account Managers to support site needs and resolve issues, implements client‑specific requirements, and is responsible for training, coaching, and developing the team to maintain compliance and promote strong performance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of 20‑30 flex officers and 8 mobile supervisors to ensure effective coverage and high‑quality service across assigned sites.
• Handle key administrative tasks including payroll processing, scheduling, and tracking hours and assignments for the team.
• Work closely with Account Managers to support site needs, resolve issues, and implement client‑specific requirements.
• Train, coach, and develop the team to maintain compliance with company standards and promote strong performance.
• Be available to answer phone calls from the team at any time and be responsive to their needs and questions.

Requirements

• Driver certification required.
• Reliable transportation to Dublin, New Albany, and Millersport.
• Steel toe boots required.
• Available to answer phone calls from the team at any time and be responsive to their needs and questions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• 1 year of management experience.
• Security experience required, including responsibility for payroll and staff training.

Skills

• Experience using common office applications such as Excel, Word, and Google Docs (or similar Microsoft/Google tools).
