Flex Officer Team Lead

About the role

Flex Officer Team Lead responsible for supervising a team of 20‑30 flex officers and 8 mobile supervisors to ensure effective coverage and high‑quality service across assigned sites. Handles key administrative tasks including payroll processing, scheduling, and tracking hours and assignments for the team. Works closely with Account Managers to support site needs, resolve issues, and implement client‑specific requirements. Responsible for training, coaching, and developing the team to maintain compliance with company standards and promote strong performance. Must be available to answer phone calls from the team at any time and be responsive to their needs and questions.
