Fleet Services Supervisor

About the role

The Fleet Services Supervisor oversees the efficient operation of the company’s fleet, ensuring all vehicles are maintained in top condition and drivers are trained to operate safely.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance schedules for all company vehicles
• Train drivers on safe driving practices and vehicle operation
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and policies
• Manage driver performance evaluations and disciplinary actions
• Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and services

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in a similar role
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

$X per hour, depending on experience

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, with occasional evening and weekend shifts
