Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Completion of a two-year course or its equivalent in an approved automotive training program (i.e. Ranken Technical Institute, Nashville Auto Diesel) also required
• Five or more years of relevant experience required, preferably with three or more years as a Journeyman Automotive Mechanic in an automotive repair facility (i.e. automotive dealership, implement Field, or heavy truck industry)
• Practical supervisory experience in an automotive repair facility preferred

Additional Information

• Demonstrated leadership, decision-making, communications, and human relations’ skills required
• As a condition of acceptance on this job, candidates who are otherwise qualified will be required to take and pass the appropriate State/Federal driver’s licensing requirements, medical testing, and drug screening

Compensation

Compensation Range: $105,100.00 - $162,900.00
