Fleet Service Technician

Full-time position, benefits eligible, 40 hours per week.

Schedule

12-hour shifts on rotating days.

Pay

Pay range: $19.80 - $29.70 per hour.

Requirements

• Completion of High School or GED.
• Valid Georgia driver’s license and driving record that meets hospital policy requirements.
• Automotive/mechanical knowledge and skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as a team member.
• Must be able to see, hear, and orally communicate both in person and by phone.
• Manual dexterity to work on automotive vehicles.
• Ability to move about freely and lift 50 pounds.

Training

• Annual driving training held by the EMS Educator.
• Mandatory hospital and department-specific training.

Working Conditions

• Potential exposure to hazardous chemicals, infectious diseases, and inclement weather.

Other Requirements

• Must support the Hospital’s Policy on Operation Excellence and deliver services with compassion and courtesy in accordance with Policy I-607 Operation Excellence.
