About the role

The role involves servicing and repairing various types of heavy equipment and vehicles in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring all equipment meets safety standards.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on fleet vehicles and heavy equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance checks and repairs
  • Ensure all equipment adheres to safety regulations
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in automotive or heavy equipment mechanics
  • Valid driver’s license and good driving record
  • Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of common vehicle and equipment systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
