About the role

We’re looking for a motivated Mechanic to help maintain and repair the fleet and equipment that powers major utility and construction projects. From directional drills and excavators to service trucks and trailers, you’ll play a key role in keeping operations running safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys working with tools, troubleshooting issues, and being part of a hardworking team that values reliability, skill, and pride in quality work.

Requirements

  • Experience working on diesel engines, heavy equipment, fleet vehicles, or construction equipment
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
  • Knowledge of hydraulics, electrical systems, brakes, and engine diagnostics
  • Ability to work independently and stay organized
  • Welding and fabrication experience is a plus
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
  • Valid driver’s license required (CDL is a plus)
  • Must provide your own tools
  • Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
  • Ability to lift heavy parts and work in physically demanding environments
