Fleet Repair Technician - $1000 Signing Bonus!

About the role

Average of 3+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician is required. ASE Certification or equivalent experience is also required.

Responsibilities

• Accurately repair vehicles using advanced automotive diagnostic equipment and provide technical guidance.
• Complete all paperwork, including repair information on work orders, state and emission inspection information.
• Verify repairs are properly completed by re-testing repaired systems and conducting road tests.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of specialized skills and continue to develop additional technical skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent, associate’s degree in automotive technology preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record and the ability to operate passenger vehicles and light/medium duty trucks with automatic and manual transmissions. Must pass a physical examination required by the Department of Transportation.

Qualifications

• Must have a National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification or equivalent experience.
• Must have a State Safety and Emissions license as required by the state location.
• Must be able to handle Freon for R12 and 134A refrigerants.

Skills

Advanced automotive diagnostic equipment, troubleshooting, and repair skills, knowledge of specialized automotive systems, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

$27.61 to $35.24 hourly for Level Technicians, and $24.64 to $31.45 hourly for B-Level Technicians.

Schedule

Monday – Friday schedule with flexible hours, occasional weekends, and over 3 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO).
