Fleet Refrigeration Maintenance Technician - Orlando

About the role

Responsible for maintaining and repairing refrigeration equipment in Publix supermarkets. Ensures all systems operate efficiently and safely.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair issues with refrigeration units, HVAC systems, and related equipment.
• Follow safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with local regulations.
• Perform preventive maintenance on refrigeration systems to extend their lifespan.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work activities.
• Document repairs and maintenance activities in accordance with company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• At least 2 years of experience in refrigeration or related field.
• Knowledge of refrigeration systems, HVAC principles, and safety practices.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications
