About the role

Cox Fleet is seeking a Fleet Operations Support Specialist II to manage, maintain, and support driver service platforms while consulting with customers to drive further value throughout the organization. This role focuses on telematic program support, including asset management, customer support, invoicing, reporting, and supporting program growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement, deactivation, and warranty process for telematic devices
  • Work with telematic vendors, drivers, and maintenance facilities to ensure proper installation and continued functionality
  • Partner with Cox Fleet and telematic provider(s) to troubleshoot issues
  • Maintain user, driver, and corporate hierarchy and permissions for responsible programs
  • Consult with stakeholders to provide reporting to maximize value of corporate programs
  • Maintain knowledge of program updates and train users on new and existing features
  • Ensure billing accuracy and timely processing of payments
  • Help build and create automations with providers and Cox systems
  • Support field teams during Business Continuity Plan (BCP) events

Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field
  • 3 years asset, client, or account management experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate with peers, business partners, and leadership
  • Proficient in understanding, analyzing, and managing vehicle information to provide recommendations
  • Strong proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office programs; strong MS Excel proficiency required
  • Self-motivated, able to manage expectations, prioritize work to meet deadlines, and work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Works well in a team environment by supporting departmental initiatives and goals

Qualifications

  • Minimum qualifications: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years' experience in a related field
  • Preferred qualifications: Bachelor's degree, Fleet and telematics experience, USD 18.17 - 27.31 per hour compensation, additional paid time off, and EEO, including disability/vets
