Fleet Mechanic Lvl C
About the role
Focuses on maintaining and repairing vehicles within a fleet. The primary purpose is to ensure the operational readiness, safety and reliability of the fleet by conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues and performing necessary repairs.
Responsibilities
- Performs basic inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Moves equipment as needed.
- Performs basic repairs and intermediate maintenance under supervision.
- Shop clean-up and organization.
- Utilizes the Fleet Maintenance software system program.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0 - 3 years’ relevant work experience.
- Basic computer competency.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s license.
