Fleet Mechanic Lvl C
Primary Purpose
The primary purpose of this role is to maintain and repair vehicles within a fleet. This involves ensuring the operational readiness, safety, and reliability of the fleet through routine inspections, troubleshooting mechanical issues, and performing necessary repairs.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
- Performs basic inspections and preventative maintenance.
- Moves equipment as needed.
- Performs basic repairs and intermediate maintenance under supervision.
- Shop clean-up and organization.
- Utilizes the Fleet Maintenance software system program.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 0 - 3 years’ relevant work experience.
- Basic computer competency.
- Must possess a valid Driver’s license.
