Join our team as a Production Technician at Bimbo Bakeries USA. This role is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of production lines, maintaining equipment, and adhering to quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Maintain production equipment and ensure its optimal performance.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on machinery to prevent downtime.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe work environment.
• Assist in resolving production issues and improving efficiency.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated with industry best practices.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience in manufacturing or production.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to read blueprints and schematics.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using basic tools and equipment.
• Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills

• Knowledge of food processing and manufacturing processes.
• Understanding of quality control procedures.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office applications.
