Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned fleet and drivers
• Train and manage team members
• Lead and develop a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations
• Prioritize safety and reduce turnover while increasing retention
• Maintain strong communication with customers, employees, and partners

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in the transportation/trucking industry
• Experience managing drivers and a fleet
• Strong team leadership skills
• Familiarity with DOT regulations and compliance
• Top-notch communication skills
• Passion for safety and retention
• Reefer experience (preferred but not required)
