Compensation

The expected starting base pay range for this position is $25.81 - $32.26, with a full potential base salary range over a successful candidate’s tenure in the position of $25.81 - $38.71. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, internal equity, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for shift differentials, overtime pay, or other forms of additional compensation, in accordance with applicable Company policies and law.

Must-Haves

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
  • 1+ year of related experience and/or training in a mechanical setting, or an equivalent combination of education and specific work experience
  • Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures
  • Experience as a semi-trailer maintenance technician highly preferred
  • Ability to perform the physical demands of the role, including lifting/moving items up to 125 pounds and working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Responsibilities, duties, and working conditions

Fleet maintenance & inspections: Maintain and provide routine preventive maintenance, repairs, and inspections on fleet trailing equipment.

Safety partnership & compliance: Maintain and contribute to a safe work environment by following policies and procedures outlined in the Company Safety Program and partnering with Safety leadership to ensure all programs and procedures are followed.

Operational support: May be required to use a personal vehicle or Company vehicle to conduct business for the company.

Housekeeping & work area upkeep: Perform housekeeping duties, including work area clean-up, conveyor and equipment clean-up, and other general housekeeping duties as assigned.

Additional task support: Perform other tasks or assignments as deemed necessary by the organization based on operational needs.

You stay dependable and adaptable as business needs, staffing needs, and workload shift.
