About the role

The role is responsible for providing culinary services on board our ships.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meals according to recipes and guidelines provided.
• Ensure food safety and quality standards are met.
• Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Follow all health and safety protocols.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Valid food handler’s license.
• Proficiency in using kitchen equipment.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Pay

Schedule

Shifts are typically 12 hours long, Monday through Friday, with additional weekend shifts available.
