Fleet Maintenance Technician

Clemens Food Group is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Technician to join our experienced 2nd shift team in Hatfield, PA. You’ll work hands-on with diesel trucks and refrigerated transport trailers while continuing to develop your technical capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems
- Diagnose and repair brake systems
- Maintain and repair cooling and other mechanical systems
- Perform routine fleet maintenance
- Support truck, heavy‑equipment, and diesel repair
- Follow established safety protocols and compliance requirements
- Identify problems, complete preventative maintenance, and make repairs to keep vehicles safe and compliant
- Continue developing technical skills through training and certification opportunities
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with strong mechanical ability, curiosity, and a commitment to safety. You should be comfortable troubleshooting mechanical problems and working hands‑on to find solutions. Previous diesel mechanic experience is preferred, but candidates with relevant automotive or heavy‑equipment experience are encouraged to apply. You must be able to consistently work the 2nd‑shift schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 6:30 PM–5:30 AM.

Pay
Up to $35/hour
