Fleet Maintenance Supervisor

About the role

Lead maintenance for a nationwide delivery fleet supporting food distribution operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee shop technicians, schedule and track preventative and corrective maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with DOT, OSHA, and safety standards.
• Manage repair budgets, parts inventory, and vendor relationships.
• Leverage fleet/CMMS systems to reduce downtime and improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with transportation and operations teams to maintain fleet readiness.
• Drive continuous improvement, foster a safety culture, and develop technicians.

Requirements

• Experience in fleet maintenance management or similar role.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety regulations (DOT, OSHA) and maintenance best practices.
• Proficiency with fleet management and CMMS systems.
• Ability to manage budgets, vendor relations, and team development.
