Lead daily shop operations supporting waste and recycling vehicle maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Supervise technicians, schedule and prioritize repairs, and ensure timely preventive maintenance.
• Enforce DOT and company safety standards to maintain a safe work environment.
• Manage parts inventory and vendor relationships to ensure efficient service.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records for fleet assets.

Requirements

• Hands-on leadership experience in fleet or vehicle maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations, including DOT standards.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and inventory effectively.
